The location, nestled between Grau Roig and Soldeu accesses to Grandvalira ski resort, provided us with breathtaking views of the slopes. The free spa, conveniently located in the same building, offered a relaxing retreat after a day of skiing or exploring the beautiful surroundings. We also appreciated the fully equipped apartment, which had everything we needed for our family, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the helpful and friendly staff, especially Alex, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. From providing transportation to the resort to accommodating our requests, their hospitality was outstanding. We cannot wait to return to Apartaments Els Llacs for our next ski adventure!
For families with children, it would be great to have more dining options within walking distance from the apartments. Though there was a restaurant close by, the only other option was to drive to Soldeu, which could be inconvenient, especially with young ones.

We had a fantastic time at this apartment! The location was perfect, just a short distance from the slopes. We loved waking up in the morning and being able to hit the slopes within minutes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of skiing. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to cook meals and save money on dining out. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also enjoyed the spa and gym facilities, perfect for rejuvenating our tired muscles. we couldn't have asked for a better location or experience.
The car parking garage was a bit difficult to navigate at first, but the reception desk gave us clear directions which helped.

The apartments were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a large family like ours. The location, just over 2km from Soldeu and opposite Grandvalira, the largest ski area in southern Europe, was ideal for exploring the Andorran domain. We enjoyed exciting excursions with dog sleds and snowmobiles in the nearby forests, creating unforgettable memories for our children. The spa in the same building, with its stunning mountain views, was the perfect way to relax after a day of hiking or cycling. Andorra's beautiful nature in the heart of the Pyrenees provided us with endless opportunities for family outings and hiking trails.
My wife says that having a children's play area or activities specifically designed for kids would have been a great addition to the apartments.

The spa zone at this place was mind-blowing! From the turkish sauna to the jacuzzi, everything was super relaxing. The underground parking, though a bit tight, was a great convenience. The children's game zone was jaw-dropping, keeping the little ones entertained. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary cookware and utensils. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond when our son fell ill, arranging transport and helping us through the process. The location by the peaceful river was perfect for picnics. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

A Culinary Delight: The nearby village offers a variety of restaurants with options to suit all tastes, from traditional market cuisine to international dishes. I had the chance to try some delicious Peking duck and noodles with vegetables, which were an experience to remember. The flavors were as satisfying as a warm, homemade meal on a cold winter's day.
Parking garage difficult to find.

I always choose this place for my stay because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, dryer, kettle, kitchen utensils. The staff even helped me with plug adaptors on my first stay. It suits me perfectly and has amenities like ski school, fitness center, and a spa. And I'm coming back for New Year!

We hit up the Andorran domain above the sick ski resorts like Vail and Breckenridge, shredding slopes like a boss. And when we weren't on the mountain, we were chilling at the flats' spa, soaking in the views of the mountains. It was the ultimate relaxation after a sick day of outdoor adventures. Plus, the location was perfect for checking out the different proposals that Grandvalira offers, like dog sledding and snowmobiling in the forests nearby. Andorra is definitely the place to be, and Els Llacs Mountain Apartments made it even more epic.
The only thing we wished for was more nightlife options. Don't get me wrong, the apartment was dope and the activities during the day were killer, but we were looking to turn up at night.

What a great find! These apartments were absolutely amazing. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. I loved the fact that the apartment was well-appointed with everything you could possibly need, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. the mountain view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, and the spa and gym facilities were an added bonus. the location was also very convenient, with bars, restaurants, and a supermarket right across the street.
The distance to the main shopping town, which took about 30 minutes. It would have been better if it was closer.
